I have been coming to this store in particular for a very long time now and they never fail to disappoint. the staff are welcoming and friendly all the time and genuinely seem like they are proud and happy to work where they do, not to mention how clean and hygienic the place felt with staff regularly cleaning tables and welcoming customers. The bubble tea is the best bubble tea I have tasted in my life and is the closest thing to authentic Asian bubble tea you will get, with organic, fresh and traditional ingredients. The price is definitely worth it for the quality and the location being in central Windsor, and I will without a doubt continue being the regular customer I am proud to be. ”

“ I tried to come in pretending to be a first timer who hasn’t had any bubble tea before. The staff who served me was very patient and enthusiastic when I asked for some recommendations. She made sure I was comfortable when I was making an order. She asked me first what kind of tea I’m looking instead of upselling the best sellers right away which is a plus point in my opinion. Then she added some advice to make the best of of my order. Some people may find it a bit pricier than usual but with the tea quality and aesthetic of this Bubble Tea Shop, it’s actually pretty fair in my opinion. I got more value than what I paid for.
